AIJU（下稱「本服務」）是一款協助使用者管理 Instagram 私訊與留言的工具。本政策說明我們收集哪些資料、如何使用與保護這些資料，以及您的權利。

AIJU ("the Service") is a tool that helps users manage Instagram direct messages and comments. This policy explains what data we collect, how we use and protect it, and your rights.

1. 我們收集的資料 Data We Collect

帳號資料：您註冊本服務時提供的電子郵件與名稱。
Instagram 專業帳號資料：經您透過 Meta 官方授權流程同意後，我們透過 Instagram API 取得您的帳號基本資料（用戶名稱、帳號 ID、頭像）。
訊息與留言內容：為提供收件匣與自動回覆功能，我們接收並儲存您 Instagram 專業帳號收到的私訊與留言內容。

We collect: your registration email and name; your Instagram professional account profile (username, account ID, avatar) obtained via the official Meta authorization flow; and the direct messages and comments received by your Instagram professional account, in order to provide the inbox and auto-reply features.

2. 資料的使用方式 How We Use Data

提供核心功能：統一收件匣、自動回覆規則、客戶標籤管理。
我們不會出售您的資料，也不會將資料用於廣告或提供給無關的第三方。

Data is used solely to provide the Service's core features (unified inbox, auto-reply rules, customer tagging). We do not sell your data or share it with unrelated third parties.

3. 資料的儲存與保護 Storage & Security

Instagram 存取權杖（access token）以 AES-256 加密後儲存。
所有資料傳輸均透過 HTTPS 加密。
僅您與您授權的組織成員能存取您的對話資料。

Instagram access tokens are stored encrypted with AES-256. All data is transmitted over HTTPS. Only you and members you authorize within your organization can access your conversation data.

4. 第三方服務 Third-Party Services

本服務透過 Meta Platforms, Inc. 提供的官方 Instagram API 存取您授權的資料，相關使用受 Meta 隱私政策約束。

The Service accesses your authorized data through the official Instagram API provided by Meta Platforms, Inc., subject to Meta's Privacy Policy.

5. 資料保留與刪除 Retention & Deletion

當您解除 Instagram 帳號綁定或刪除本服務帳號時，相關的存取權杖與對話資料將被刪除。您也可以隨時依照資料刪除說明要求刪除您的資料。

When you unbind your Instagram account or delete your AIJU account, the associated access tokens and conversation data are deleted. You may also request deletion at any time — see our Data Deletion Instructions.
